Lean Body Success may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and deny you access to the Site, if in Lean Body Success's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. A termination by Lean Body Success under the previous sentence shall not limit Lean Body Success's other rights and remedies available under law or equity. Upon any termination of this agreement by either you or Lean Body Success, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under this agreement or otherwise.

GENERAL
We may change, move, or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time and without notice. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement shall be found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

NO WAIVER
A failure on the part of Lean Body Success to enforce any part of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any of Lean Body Success's rights under this agreement, whether for past or future actions on the part of any person. Only a specific written waiver signed by an authorized representative of Lean Body Success shall have legal effect.

MISCELLANEOUS
Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Lean Body Success products or services are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Lean Body Success's products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by Lean Body Success from its offices in Austin, Texas.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
