INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING (Austin, TX)


My schedule is limited in terms of the number of 1-on-1 personal training clients with whom I can work. Individual sessions are available to those who have the desire to be successful in their efforts to reach their goals. If your desire to re-invent your body and your life with positive adjustments is strong, you are ready.

Before I begin working with you 1-on-1, these commitments need to be met:

  • Commit to at least 1 personal training session per week for at least 6 weeks
  • Commit to at least 1 workout on your own per week in addition to the 1 personal training session
  • Commit to give a substantial effort to follow the program I have designed for you
  • Commit to the nutritional guidelines that I give you for the 6 weeks
  • Maintain a daily food and exercise journal when needed
  • Stay focused and dedicated with a positive mindset

Individual training is a great opportunity for you and I focus on what you need in terms of emotional support, mental strategies, nutritional planning and tailored workouts to achieve your ideal body.
