Lean Body Success Philosophy
This is it. You have finally come to the right place to achieve your desires of creating a fit and healthy life. Not only will you be joyfully living in the physique you have always dreamed of, you are confident and proud because you made it happen. Yes, you manifested what you have always wanted and always thought was impossible. Best of all, you chose to take the path that is both mentally and physically challenging but healthy and safe.
The Lean Body Success program is for those wanting to make giant breakthroughs in their life. This is where you accept your present reality and stop lying to yourself about who you are and what has become of you. It is for those who have come to a point in their life where they realize things are not working and action must be taken to move towards their desires. Brave enough to take on challenges that may be uncomfortable and difficult emotionally and physically, these people now are living in the body they have always dreamed of and a life they only hoped for. They have become who they have always wanted to be.
How is this all done? If this is so effective, why isn't everyone doing it? We have been programmed from a young age to expect things quickly and easily. This is why we are the most obese country in the world. Fast-food is the best example of our fast-paced world. Instead of focusing on the enjoyment of our food to satisfy our body's needs, we eat while we drive, while we work, while we watch TV, etc. We aren't paying attention to our body's responses or our body's signals of being full. We pay very little attention to most activities of daily life and this is where we have faltered into dangerous and stressful times.
Lean Body Success guides you on a journey to discover all that you have been missing and all that you have been avoiding and suppressing. Do you really know why you have become who you are. Do you wonder why even though you have every intention of going on that bike ride or going to the gym, you sleep in or drive straight home from work instead? Why is it that even though you know that something is bad for you, you eat it anyway? It's partly instant gratification and partly a deeply conditioned mindset that you have been building upon, altering, and strengthening since you came into this world.
Each of us has a hidden mental blueprint of who we are and what we are capable of achieving. Have you ever told someone that you wouldn't do or say something because "that just isn't you?" But that could be "you" easily because "you" are only a set of beliefs and expectations build upon one another throughout life. Your emotions, your reactions, your beliefs, and your expectation of yourself and others is only what you have created them to be. Nothing is true or false or good or bad unless your beliefs support them accordingly. And this is what is happening when your intentions do not match up with your desires. Your belief system that is based upon your lifelong mental blueprint, or overall identity, does not match up with your intentions. And therefore, your desires are only thoughts that you entertain and fail to fulfill.
For instance, Jane has been overweight since she was a child. All of her family is overweight and they refer to her as "a big girl" and that it's "in her genes." In addition, as a child, Jane was ridiculed and called names by her peers for being overweight. Now, Jane is 45 years old and has struggled with her weight all her life. She has done all the diets and all the fitness plans and even when she succeeds, it's only temporary, and she ends up gaining the weight back and more. More likely than not, Jane's mental blueprint and identity are of an overweight person. So each time Jane makes an intention to lose weight, she fails because she is uncomfortable because she is moving away from what she has always known. Mentally, Jane cannot let that weight go because that isn't who she thinks she is. Deep down, Jane identifies herself as "a big girl" and that it is "in her genes."
Jane must realize and accept that she is more comfortable being overweight than thin because she knows what to expect from others and what to expect from herself. This is accepting reality and facing the challenges that will now come with changing her mental blueprint so that her intentions match her desires, and she is living as she has dreamed of. She will come to understand that she is not her body. Her body is only a physical result of her thoughts and beliefs. And since thoughts and beliefs can be changed, Jane can change anything about herself that she desires.
